WATERSIDE HOUSE, LINCOLN

Waterside House is a landmark office building built in the 1970s, designed by the celebrated local architect Sam Scorer. Shaw and Jagger Architects developed designs to convert the former offices in fifty apartments. Waterside House is the first part of a major master plan development scheme of £150 million on Waterside North. The project is was completed in 2023 and is now occupied.
