The scheme involved the £35 Million conversion of a Grade 2 listed Victorian Hospital into a major residential scheme. Our client had obtained planning for 131 units. The Shaw and jagger team helped gain planning for an addition 40 units and then a further 64 new build apartments at appeal helped provide additional value for the client. The new scheme was conceived to sympathetically complement the historical context of the existing Victorian buildings and sit within the landscaped grounds of the site. The conversion of the Hospital won numerous industry awards.
