SWAN HOTEL

Swan Hotel is one of the oldest buildings in Harrogate, dating back to the 18th century. The listed building is one of the major Hotel buildings that serviced the towns spa water history. The owners of the Hotel approached Shaw and Jagger to develop a scheme to convert the rear wings of the hotel into residential apartments. The large complex building was over 3 to 4 floors and Shaw and Jagger secured permission for 64 apartments within the listed building.
