Felsteads, Bentham, North Yorkshire

Felsteads is a small development of traditional stone built houses in the Dales village of Benthan. The 16 houses provided much needed family accommodation in an area where it is almost impossible to obtain planning permission for housing of more than two or thee units. The proposed development was sold off plan before construction. There were also four affordable houses provided with the scheme to help local families stay within the area. The design was carried out on behalf of Carr and Stocks.
