The Beehive Mills, Bradford

Beehive Mills is an important site set in the Bradford Valley neighbourhood development framework and represents an opportunity for a large scale development which will act as a catalyst for further regeneration.

The lower two floors accommodate commercial and retail users which open up onto Bradford Beck and the proposed ‘orchard square’ public park off Thornton Road. The upper floor comprises of 521 apartments arranged in three blocks. The main tower element rises to 21 storeys and forms a gateway into the framework tall building zone.
