Bellmont House, Headingley

Bellmont House in Headingley, was a Grade 2 listed Victorian Mansion House, that had been extensively altered and extended. Shaw and Jagger worked with the Leeds based developer to maximise the potential of the site by adding a new block to the mansion house, a new coach house and a new build apartment block. The contemporary extension and new apartment block were well received by the Leeds City Council as bench mark quality housing development and sustainable scheme.
