Regent Street, Leeds, was a major residential development of over 1000 units in Leeds city centre. The development was targeted at the first time buyer and rental market. And designed to be an exciting concept but a cost effected build. The development included a Leisure Complex with membership club, bars and supporting facilities. Construction Cost £45 million.
