Sea Sports Centre Dover

The Dover Sea Sports Building was an unusual commission . The S&J team whilst working for Simons in Lincoln had developed designs for the Dover Passenger Terminal. These designs were well received and Francis and Ed were asked to submit scheme designs for a new shore based club building. The Centre whilst securing funding brought together various governing bodies such as RYA, who carry out shore based and on the water training, there are clubs, education courses, a boat house, a cafe and shop. We developed the scheme design which was built out by our work colleague John Haynes.
