Brunswick Place

Brunswick Place was a developer led bid for a Leeds City Council site, now the home to the Leeds Arena. The scheme along with other competitors was put up for a public exhibition and was selected as the city’s chosen scheme. The scheme was also featured in the Cities ill timed tall buildings publication. The proposal included a 57 storey mixed use tower, comprising offices, residential and restaurants. There was also a dedicated office quarter, further residential towers and a multi-storey car park in the form of an abstract peanut! Still we had fun!
