Stapleton pARK

The proposals to redevelop Stapleton Park were anchored around the restoration of the Grade 1 listed Stables and the recreation of the demolished mansion house Stapleton Park.
The proposal was to create a major carbon neutral development of offices, workshops and work live units with its own power source from Anaerobic digesters, medium scale wind turbines and solar. The scheme was conceived on a major scale to create the critical mass necessary for success with 200,000 sq ft of business units and 100 residential units.
