WATERSIDE NORTH, LINCOLN
Waterside North is a masterplan development to bring a large area of the City of Lincolns old industrial sites back into use as desirable water side development. The site has been designed with a new ‘canal’ street at its heart, with shops and offices complimenting the residential development of 2,000 apartments. The City of Lincon supported the development as a major regeneration project.
