Debenhams

Francis and Ed worked on a series of Debenhams concept stores whilst working with Simons Construction. The team developed a series of concept department stores for Lincoln; St Marks 80,000 sq ft, Sunderland 110,000 sq ft and the Birmingham Bullring 125,000 sq ft. And major refurbishments and extensions to the stores at Norwich 95,000 sq ft and Chester ( Browns of Chester ) 110,000 sq ft.
The team work with Debenhams from the store crew through to the property team. Designing concepts, securing planning and project managing the delivery on site.
