Sovereign Street, leeds
Sovereign Street Leeds was designed to place a 60 storey tower in heart of Leeds city centre, the masterplan for the building was to create a multi occupancy building for a residential apartments, a hotel, offices and retail plaza. The scheme contained 850 apartments, a 200 bed Hotel with 250 serviced apartments, 180,000 sq ft of Office space and a ground floor arcade of retail units and cafes.
