Wellington College Boarding House

SJRT were invited by the Independent School Wellington College to review requirements for future expansion of the College. The proposed scheme was to create 6th Form dormitory buildings for both Young Men and Women. The scheme was to include the relocation of school functions and facilities such as dining halls, laundries, gyms and offices. Also included was further staff accommodation and 200 plus student bedrooms. Construction cost £20 million.
